Thank you very much for booking with Ricky Entertainment Ltd.
All bookings with Ricky Entertainment Ltd are subject to these conditions.
Clients attending our courses must pay the appropriate fee in full, before joining the class.
In the case of advance bookings, 50% deposit must be paid on the booking day and 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before departure. We do not send a reminders!
No contract will exist until we receive the 50% deposit.

Once the full amount is been paid you will receive an invoice. Please,bring the invoice with you!
Advance bookings are recommended,due to a better deal for our clients and due to a guaranteed availability.
Prices are correct as of time of booking. Prices may be subject to revision at any time but will not effect the price given at time of confirmed booking for ski and snowboard lessons and equipment, all sports activities, and any of the entertainment service we offer, which are controlled by Ricky Entertainment Ltd.
Cancellation. In the event of clients canceling bookings, the following charges apply:
More than 6 weeks notice - 10% of fee
2 to 6 weeks notice - 50% of fee
2 days to 2 weeks notice - 90% of fee.
No refund will be given by the Ricky Entertainment Ltd, in whole or in part, for unused lessons due to client late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of the Ricky Entertainment Ltd.
Ricky Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to cancel its lessons for a variety of reasons. Full refunds of unused lessons will be made in this instance.
Course places are not transferable.
To attend any of our activities you must have an appropriate insurance. If you have done it by yourself we would like to see it. If you have not got the right insurance we can recommend you a licensed agent.The insurance is not included in the prices of our sport and entertainment activities.
For reasons of safety, it is a condition of booking that you will respect the professional judgment of your instructor while you are in the class.
Clients should present themselves in a fit and safe condition for physical activity in the mountain environment.
If, at any time during your course, you have cause for complaint, you must let us know immediately and we will endeavor to address the situation, to your satisfaction.
